Fire Dog is just grate!
Fire Dog (noun) n. each of a pair of decorative metal supports for wood-burning in a fireplace.
Brakspear Brewing Co announce the launch of Fire Dog 4.4% abv their fiery ruby-coloured cask ale for November with a warming malt flavour and dry hoppy finish.
Jeremy Moss, Brakspear’s Head Brewer has created this brew by using a blend of amber and crystal malts with Goldings hops to give a citrus marmaladey bitterness with dry biscuity notes on the finish.
Jeremy comments:
“Fire Dog is a welcoming ruby brew, bursting with Goldings hops. A perfect winter beer to sup whilst sitting in front of a cosy log fire.”
