A Spellbinding Summer Brew from Wychwood

Wychwood Brewery of Witney, Oxfordshire, have launched a limited edition Summer ale, White Wych.

White Wych is exclusively in Sainsbury’s from June onwards in 660ml bottles.

It is a perfect summertime beer, low enough in alcohol (4.0% abv) to be refreshing, yet flavoursome enough to match with summer foods.

Wychwood's Head Brewer, Jeremy Moss, has created this decidedly wicked brew from Maris Otter barley malt, as well as wheat and pale crystal malt, to make it, in Jeremy’s words:

"Beguiling and enticing with a burst of summer joyfulness. White Wych is a brew with good intentions at heart."

A new label has been also commissioned, in keeping with the new ‘World of Wychwood’ imagery. It portrays an alluring white witch holding a goblet of her spellbinding brew.
