Wychwood

Wychwood Brewery Seasonal Cask Ale Programme 2004

“When shall we three meet again
In thunder, lightning, or in… the pub?”
- William Shakesbeer

3 WychesThe recently-installed cauldron at Oxfordshire’s Wychwood Brewery is offering a new Shakespearian-themed seasonal cask ale for November: Three Wyches.

Three Wyches 4.4% abv which takes its name from Shakespeare’s Macbeth is a formidable beer brewed with Amber and Crystal malts which produce complex toffee malt flavours. The enchanted brew is triple-hopped for a magical fragrance. Fuggles are tossed in early, followed by Target and finally Northdown is included to complete the spell.

Head Brewer Jeremy Moss comments:

“Three Wyches is brewed to my own secret recipe, and is a beguiling brew which prophesises great customer satisfaction.

“Hubble, bubble toil and trouble;
Fire burn and cauldron bubble.”
