Celebrate The Glory of Hops

Wychwood’s Head Brewery, Jeremy Moss has just released details of Hop Demon, the Brakspear Seasonal beer for September and October. This is a 4.2% abv pale ale which has been triple hopped for an intensively aromatic experience.

Jeremy says of Hop Demon; “This beer has been created to reflect the bounties of the hop harvest; hops, hops and more hops. Hop Demon allows them to shine in all their facets. This beer is brewed from a blend of Maris Otter and Crystal malts, to provide a warm, sweet malty stage upon which the hops can strut their stuff. The three additions of Goldings hops deliver a deep pungent citrus aroma and a full floral hop flavour, finishing with a punch of satisfying bitterness. In all, a celebration of the glories of the English hop.”
